This is such a huge point. I’m amazed how automatic it becomes to open Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and just scroll through updates that I don’t care about.

If you spend that same time reading a few pages of a book or jotting down a few paragraphs, you’d probably read or write an entire book over the course of a month.
