Couldn’t agree more. Most of the best coders I know are decidedly not good at people or communication in general. So once they’ve coded the greatest app/ website/ social platform, they have to think like the end user for testing or try to explain to someone what it does and why they should use it. Suddenly, all of those amazing coding skills do nothing for them.

I’ve specifically developed a different skill set. Let me just use that.
